Blogging
Blogging is quite an educational adventure. I am glad there are very nice people out there that will help. Little by little it is getting better. I am figuring some out on my own as well.
Hi, Hey if you have any questions ask away if I can't help! I send you to someone who can>>I am no expert<> e-mailing other bloggers>>thats what is so great everyone is willin to help out! Let me tell ya in August when I started blogging I didn't even have a digital camera, so I went & purchased the cheapest one, then had my niece help me learn how to use it! I know 2010 my first digital camera!LOL You have done so much already the blog looks great! enjoy & have fun with it! Teresa
Hi and welcome to blogland. I just started my blog in September and yes, it is an educational adventure. I just became a follower and look forward to getting to know you. I would love for you to visit my blog: http://primsue.blogspot.com/.
thanks everyone. I am so excited about getting to know all of you too. It is a large community of people with similar interests and all with life stories to share. My family are pretty nerdy actually. We love all the new technology. Doesn't mean I have time to use it all. I wish I had a couple elves that would come in at night and do the little things for me. If only I were a shoemaker huh?
My name is Linda and it would be nice to know your first name as most of us on here are on a first name basis :o)
It takes time to get the hang of things .. it took me forever to do an auction template, photobucket, and list on ebay . Thank goodness, I had a friend to call and help me along with it. After all of that and twenty nervous breakdowns :o) LOL , setting up a blog page was a piece of cake !
We can't wait to see photos of your new look with your new goodies from Colonial Tin.
This year I want to switch from a red color scheme in my dining room to the new black decor everyone seems to be aquiring now with osnaburg curtains , etc. Along with some pewter pieces.
So please make yourself at home here in blogland, grab a cup of coffee , write to your heart's content and or come visit each and everyone of us ~
Hi there! Welcome to the world of blogging! I am new also, but it's been SO fun! I am looking foward to getting to know you. I am also trying to simplify a bit, it has been somewhat challenging, but I am moving along at a turtle crawl at the moment! Don't know if I'll ever be a minimalist, but I am paring down somewhat. Have a great day! Blessings, Renee
Hi and Welcome to Blogland!! I became addicted in July and I just love it. I came over from Deppen Homestead, isn't she the sweetest!! Can't wait to get to know you and see your pictures. Just ask questions and someone will always have an answer, and all are eager to help. Quite a little community we have here in blogland. You will love it!! Come visit sometime!! http://liveoakprimitivepeddler.blogspot.com/ Blessings, Lorna
Welcome Welcome Welcome! Glad to have new faces :o}.... Don't you just love it! You can live next door to someone for years and never get to know them, then you start a blog and you get to know people from all over the world! I love it! This has got to be the best group of girls. It's just to bad we don't live closer, we'd all be best friends. Except Lorna would be mad cause we'd all be eating her pies and cinnamon rolls! Glad you came to join us! Tisha www.loafermountainprimitives.blogspot.com
Welcome to Blogland...and you are right on it is an adventure. I've been here for less then 3 months and it is still adventure but with so many friends the adventure is full of fun, surprises, and best of all new friends.
Since I am not sure if I post here if you all will see it or not, and I don't know any other way, I want to say thanks for making me feel so welcome. I feel like I am a first timer at a new club and Teresa has taken me by the hand and is introducing me to everyone. Like the welcoming committee. Thank God for her, or I might be the standing on the sidelines yelling into the dark wondering if anyone could hear me. lol. Also since it is really my lunch break, (I work out of my home), and for some reason my stomach frowns if I don't eat, I will have to impatiently wait until after work to visit all your sights. Trust me I am so looking forward to it.
This year I am going to finish some projects, start some new ones, organize, declutter. I will keep a list and post it on Sundays. If perhaps I don't get as much done as I hope. I will still be able to see what I did get done and that will be encouraging. Each week (1.) I will finish two unfinished projects. (2.) I will create one new one. (3.) I will organize a closet, drawer, or room. I will declutter along with the organizing. Some projects will be much larger than others but I will break them down to be less overwhelming. (4.) I will make spend so much more time with my family and friends. Too important to miss.... My goal for 2012 Kat Schieber Dec. 28, 2011
First of all my name is Kathy, Katherine, Kat, whichever you choose is fine with me. Katherine is the name my mom would use when I was in trouble so I might cringe if you use that one.
I so love the primitive decor. I believe I might have been born in the wrong time frame. Then again I love all of today's technology so maybe not. I love that I can combine the two.
I am married with a son that is in college now and I am so proud of him.
