A Pinkeep Swap

I did a Pin keep swap held by Ravenwoods Whimsies. I swapped with Amy at Bumble Bee Lane. It came today and it is really adorable. She also send these awesome smelling wax tarts. the little fellow is so cute I would feel bad sticking pins in him. I might just have to pretend he is one but not use him for one.

These are my latest land fill finds. I don't know if you have landfills but ours has several location where we drop different things. Cardboard, containers, wood pile, metal pile, and then of course the place where you throw your actual trash. They won't let us take stuff from the metal pile because they sell that. You aren't suppose to take anything from the wood pile but if you sign a paper you can. They always have huge piles of mulch out there as well.
the little table I am putting in garden. I think I might paint it white first. I have an old chair out there by the garden shed and I want this with it. I might paint it white though. I want to put a board where the drawer use to be.

The old headboard. who knows, it is awesome though.

Banister rails and they looked just this way. I love these things, I just don't know what i am doing with them yet.
Oh I forgot to take some pics of the birdfeeders and birdhouse, I will later I guess.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.

  4. I just found your blog Kathy and I think its great and have added your blog to my list on my selling blog. I bought a railing post once that had a small prim bird house on the top and a long spike at the bottom to put in the ground. Can show you a pic of it sometime if you want ideas. Would love to have those posts.

Glad it arrived safely.I was gonna scatter the tarts on top but didn't want to scare you after the feather incident..smile..We don't have a dump but I do frequently stop and pick stuff out of the trash on the side of the road.Best find was a antique wicker child's rocking chair.Warm Blessings!~Amy

  7. We used to go to the dump with our parents when we were kids. Everybody did it. We found lots of cool stuff. Probably why I love flea markets and garage sales........
